- Ability to work independently within complex client environments
- Degree in Engineering, Asset Management, Reliability, Maintenance, or related discipline

- Conduct asset integrity assessments
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, risk management, and performance
- Support the design and implementation of asset integrity improvement programmes
- Coach leaders, managers, and operational teams
- Strengthen ownership and accountability for asset performance
- Facilitate workshops, assessments, and stakeholder discussions
- Support change management initiatives
- Ensure successful adoption of new processes and ways of working
- Engage with engineering, maintenance, operations, and leadership teams
- Drive practical improvements
- Translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations
- Contribute to broader operational risk and operational excellence engagements
