In this role, you will lead the FP&A finance operations while collaborating with leadership to drive improvements and ensure compliance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve guiding financial processes and supporting various ad hoc financial analyses.

• •Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• •Knowledgeable in BI systems, preferably Power BI

Aufgaben

• •Lead the FP&A finance operations in Weilburg
• •Provide guidance on FP&A, gross margin, standard costing, and periodic reporting
• •Collaborate with the operations leadership team for support and consultation
• •Identify gaps and cost-saving opportunities through continuous improvement
• •Ensure compliance with finance policies and accounting rules, including SOX
• •Assist with financial modeling, scenario analysis, and simulations for ad hoc requests
