Anforderungen
- Bachelor- or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 10 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or related functions
- Experience in manufacturing or project-based companies is advantageous
- High competence in ERP systems (SAP or comparable), planning tools, and BI environments
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards and best practices in management accounting and planning processes of large, global companies
- Proven success in process improvements and global change initiatives implementation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English skills
Aufgaben
- Develop and coordinate a comprehensive approach for management accounting and reporting processes
- Ensure data integration between fiscal and management accounting
- Design, standardize, and continuously improve global FP&A processes
- Promote cross-segment coordination and collaboration with business process experts
- Collaborate closely with GPOs of adjacent finance areas RTR, PTP, OTC
- Define governance and change processes for implementing the global process framework
- Evolve the financial systems roadmap based on integration plans, collaborating with IT architects and partners
- Align with the finance data model and data strategy for system integration
- Maintain current and accurate process documentation and functional requirement specifications
- Guide global system solutions for maximum automation
- Define, implement, and monitor process KPIs and analyses to identify and solve problems
