Closing high-value, 5-6 figure AI voice agent deals for B2C companies. Elite relationship building and complex deal closing skills required. On-site team collaboration, 5 days/week.
Anforderungen
- 1-4+ years closing complex, high-value deals
- Sold high 5-figure or 6-figure contracts to c-suite economic buyers
- Consistent top performer in mid-market with enterprise customer closures
- Elite relationship building skills
- Ability to build trust with buyers
- Hunter mentality, pipeline generation skills
- Resilience in difficult situations
- Executive presence with C-Suite
- Immediate and natural credibility
- Obsessive preparation skills
- Deep understanding of prospect situations
- Low ego and high accountability
- Willingness to do grunt work
- Self-competitive and receptive to feedback
- Ability to share credit
- Business-level German language skills
- Business-level English language skills
- On-site work 5 days a week in Berlin
- Proactive pipeline generation
- Ability to take responsibility
- Willingness to handle procurement/security review
- Experience closing deals end-to-end
- Preference for in-person team environment
Aufgaben
- Drive revenue by building trusted relationships with enterprise customers
- Close deals from initial call to contract signature
- Generate and manage your own sales pipeline
- Target and outreach to potential accounts
- Conduct discovery, demos, and security reviews
- Handle procurement and contract negotiations
- Build relationships with multi-threaded buying committees
- Engage with heads of Sales, Operations, CX, Legal, IT, Security, Procurement, and CFOs
- Meet and exceed revenue targets
- Shape the enterprise sales playbook
- Develop qualification, multi-thread strategy, and executive engagement tactics
- Influence product, marketing, and strategy with customer insights
