Aufgaben
- Co-own Bliro's product vision and strategy with the CTPO
- Translate company goals and customer needs into a product roadmap
- Balance short-term execution with long-term platform and AI strategy
- Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery and impact measurement
- Conduct product discovery with customers, sales, and internal stakeholders
- Define clear problem statements, product outcomes, and success metrics
- Transform ambiguous problems into well-scoped initiatives
- Drive product development around AI workflows and automation
- Collaborate with engineers to design scalable and reliable AI features
- Manage trade-offs around latency, reliability, UX, and explainability
- Ensure a cohesive product experience across Web, Desktop, and Mobile
- Think in user workflows and jobs to be done, not isolated features
- Design and introduce best-practice product processes
- Implement outcome-driven roadmapping and prioritization
- Establish structured product discovery and validation
- Create clear, high-quality PRDs and decision frameworks
- Facilitate product rituals that enhance focus without slowing teams
- Act as a role model for strong product thinking and ownership
- Shape future product hires and the evolution of the product organization
