- Run OKR cycles
- Maintain visibility on company-wide KPIs
- Drive cross-functional initiatives for revenue or productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on priority topics
- Prepare board decks, leadership updates, and all-hands presentations
- Organize management meetings and offsites with clear agendas
- Document and iterate on company-wide processes
- Structure ambiguous topics
- Ensure follow-through on initiatives
