- Enhance overall sensory aspects, including aroma and flavor, of ChoViva and new ingredient
- Support recipe, product, and flavor development
- Plan and conduct test productions
- Prepare raw materials
- Conduct food science analyses using specified tools
- Assist with flavor analytics using GC-MS
- Document new recipes
- Create product prototypes with the Sales team
- Assist with daily operational tasks
- Pack and ship prototypes to clients
