Aufgaben
- Serve as main technical contact for project implementation
- Implement customer projects across sandbox, staging, production
- Set realistic project deadlines
- Ensure all customer requirements are met on time
- Coordinate internal tasks with infrastructure, network, CAB
- Document and maintain customer implementations for reference
- Participate in full automation of production implementations
- Contribute to shaping future implementation tools
- Assist customers during the UAT test phase
- Assist teams in troubleshooting issues in staging
- Provide hyper-care support in production
- Implement configuration control checks for project guidelines
- Ensure consistency across production environments
- Automate control checks for faster project manager feedback
- Control configuration after upgrades to prevent regression
- Collaborate with Solution Readiness team during design
- Ensure ease of onboarding during design
- Provide continuous improvement feedback to Solution Readiness team
