- Experience in investigation techniques
- Willingness to travel for business
- Negotiation-level English, German and/or Spanish beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite tools
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

- Serve as UK MAA Regulatory Articles contact
- Manage internal Safety Group

- Support safety investigations
- Handle Hazard and Event Reports
- Conduct Predictive Hazard and Risk Assessments
- Maintain Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs)
- Track safety statistics
- Identify trends
- Support internal and external audits
- Stay updated on safety trends and procedures
- Promote safety awareness
- Conduct Safety Messages
- Lead Safety Awareness sessions
- Facilitate Lessons Learned meetings
- Provide safety training
- Support Airbus Group-wide safety campaigns
