- 3+ years in FinOps, IT Financial Management, Technology Asset Management, or Technology Finance

- Proactively flag financial risks and unexpected increases
- Develop cost allocation and financial-transparency models
- Establish ownership, tagging, and allocation standards
- Provide visibility into technology consumption and spend
- Drive cost-optimization initiatives across various platforms
- Manage software assets, including utilization and renewals
- Ensure license compliance and vendor-audit readiness
- Perform financial analysis for vendor reviews and renewals
- Conduct regular cost reviews with stakeholders
- Continuously improve technology financial governance
- Build reliable analytical and governance mechanisms
- Develop SQL and data analysis capabilities
- Create cost-data pipelines
- Implement API and data integration
- Build dashboards and semantic models
- Develop anomaly detection capabilities
- Automate allocation processes
- Automate policy or control for optimization
- Analyze consumption and billing data using Claude
- Detect anomalies using Claude
- Explain cost drivers using Claude
- Model scenarios using Claude
- Analyze licensing and contracts using Claude
- Generate optimization recommendations for validation
- Automate recurring cost-governance workflows
- Investigate unusual spending patterns
- Identify affected stakeholders and guide them on spend
- Balance cost optimization with business needs
- Ensure reliability, security, and operational requirements
- Bring structure, ownership, and transparency to environments
- Ensure technology spend is visible and reconciled
- Ensure technology spend is understandable and allocated
- Develop reliable forecasts and minimize financial surprises
- Enable stakeholders to make better decisions with reporting
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver cost-optimization opportunities
