Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Professional finance qualification (CFA, CPA, CIMA) (plus)
- 1-3 years’ experience in FP&A, planning, and forecasting in global organizations
- Strong interest in financial planning, forecasting, data-driven analysis
- Technical proficiency in planning systems and data visualization tools
- Curiosity and willingness to drive process automation and improvements
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical rigor, high standards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to translate financial data into clear insights
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines

- Understand business requirements
- Ensure data accuracy
- Deliver relevant insights for decision-making
- Support the Financial Planning Lead and team
- Prepare and drive meetings and workshops
- Create management presentations
- Report financial data to headquarters
- Optimize planning and forecasting tools
- Enable modern, agile finance processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Build efficient, forward-looking planning processes
