Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field
- Desirable initial professional experience in controlling
- Advantageous knowledge of industrial planning processes
- High affinity for VBA and DAX (Power BI)
- Structured, independent, systematic working style, communication, and assertiveness
- Interest in production processes and economic evaluation
- Flexibility, commitment, and enthusiasm for challenges
- Very good knowledge of SAP CO/FI, BW, and Excel
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
Aufgaben
- Manage operational controlling in SAP across all plant areas
- Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements
- Create quotation and post-calculations
- Support production controlling processes
- Contribute to short- and medium-term business planning
- Develop budgeting strategies
- Prepare internal and external reports
- Enhance the Power BI-based reporting system
- Assist with investment calculations and business evaluations
- Analyze deviations and coordinate with responsible departments
