- Experience with financial close and reporting processes
- Exposure to SOX compliance and audit requirements
- Hands-on SAP experience
- Full professional proficiency in English and German
- CPA or MBA
- Cost accounting experience
- ERP experience (SAP/Dynamics)
- Experience with OneStream or similar financial consolidation/reporting tools
- Familiarity with B7 or other local ERP systems is a plus
- Process improvement experience
- Experience in a similar industry is an advantage

Aufgaben
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly financial statements
- Manage month-end close according to corporate calendar
- Submit reporting packages and supporting schedules
- Perform reconciliations and general ledger activities
- Provide variance analysis and KPIs
- Prepare workpapers and ad hoc analysis
- Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies, SOX, and US GAAP
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain internal controls and documentation
- Coordinate statutory filings and reporting
- Support balance sheet and P&L reviews
- Oversee general ledger and accounting systems
- Ensure inventory costing and accuracy
- Perform and review accounting transactions
- Support treasury cash flow forecasting
- Work with local consultants
- Drive process improvements
- Optimize ERP and reporting tools
- Support ERP implementations
- Establish accounting processes
- Provide financial insights
- Support decision-making
- Analyze costs and performance
- Support CapEx planning
- Deliver metrics to leadership
