Aufgaben
- Ensure financial integrity and regulatory compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Deliver accurate financial reporting
- Maintain a strong control environment
- Support strategic finance initiatives
- Own statutory financial reporting
- Support month-end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with HGB and US GAAP
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting under US GAAP
- Align local statutory and group reporting requirements
- Partner with FP&A and business stakeholders
- Deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis
- Support financial decision-making
- Perform and review balance sheet analyses
- Conduct P&L reviews
- Reconcile key accounts
- Ensure integrity of financial statements
- Act as primary point of contact for audits
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Maintain SOX controls and corporate policies
- Manage tax compliance and reporting
- Coordinate with external advisors
- Prepare tax provisions
- Adhere to local regulations and transfer pricing requirements
- Ensure full compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with auditors and regulatory authorities
- Drive process improvements
- Enhance internal controls
- Increase efficiency and strengthen governance
- Prepare statutory financial statements and disclosures timely and accurately
- Maintain internal control environment
- Ensure SOX and corporate governance standards
- Provide technical accounting guidance
- Support complex accounting and reporting matters
- Lead finance-related projects
- Support strategic initiatives
