- Manage external service providers
- Review account postings
- Monitor timely payments
- Coordinate with internal departments on purchase orders
- Process invoices
- Onboard new suppliers
- Create reports for various departments
- Support process optimization in Accounts Payable
- Support process optimization in Accounts Receivable
- Analyze company performance
- Generate customer-related reports
- Review travel expense reports
- Perform operational controlling with variance analysis
- Assist with account reconciliations
- Maintain master data
- Collaborate with local Sales and Marketing teams
- Collaborate with international Billing and Accounting teams
- Collaborate with the international group team
