In this role, you will engage in a variety of financial restructuring projects, advising clients through complex negotiations and distressed situations while preparing critical financial analyses and models to support decision-making.

Anforderungen

• •Degree in accounting, economics, or finance
• •Genuine interest in Financial Restructuring or complex financial transactions
• •Prior internship experience in investment banking, private equity, or debt fund
• •Understanding of valuation theory and methodologies
• •Strong quantitative, financial, and analytical skills
• •Strong LBO and DCF modelling skills
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Scandinavian
• •Strong written and verbal communication in German and English
• •Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• •Exceptional strong work ethic
• •Motivation and ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff

Aufgaben

• •Advise companies on out-of-court restructuring transactions
• •Provide advisory services in stressed and distressed situations
• •Participate in complex negotiations for clients
• •Offer distressed M&A advisory
• •Advise on debt and equity raising in stressed situations
• •Prepare and analyze historical and projected financial information
• •Create financial models
• •Coordinate and perform business due diligence
• •Assist in preparing confidential information memoranda and management presentations
• •Support the creation of marketing pitches and other presentations
• •Prepare preliminary valuation analyses for discussions and negotiations
• •Assist in planning and executing marketing engagements
• •Build and maintain relationships with clients and professional advisors
