Anforderungen
- Master's Degree in relevant discipline, ideally with Engineering background
- At least 5 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis, or Project/Cost management
- Strong specialized MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel
- SAP S/4 Hana knowledge required
- Fluent English required
- German or Spanish language skills are a plus

Aufgaben
- Consolidate and prepare finance exercises
- Support operational planning, EAC, forecasting, and budgeting
- Implement standardization for monthly closing reports
- Automate activities and improve finance communication
- Serve as focal point for internal finance customer demands
- Conduct deep analysis on specific matters
- Implement new ways of working and task requests
- Compile information and provide advice for cost calculations
- Collaborate with internal customers for cost calculations
- Decide on costing methodology and assumptions
- Assess risks and opportunities in costing
- Identify cost drivers and provide optimization recommendations
- Document and present costing results
- Maintain and share expertise on processes and methods
- Support improvement measures and sustainability
- Harmonize cost models and methods across divisions
- Develop cost models and data analyses for other costing actors
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Escalate ethics and compliance issues
- Support supplier negotiations and strategy
- Contribute to internal strategic go/no-go decisions
- Consolidate and support ED & FCAS industrial costbase
- Support investment, R&O, and audits
- Coordinate and consolidate contributions to ED & FCAS workpackages
- Serve as operations finance focal point for ED/FCAS
- Provide transparent information for decision-making
- Advance recovery measures for potential deviations
