Anforderungen

• •Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or comparable field with focus on Accounting
• •Several years of relevant professional experience in industrial company or major auditing firm
• •In-depth knowledge of accounting under German GAAP (HGB), tax law, and IFRS
• •Strong proficiency in SAP FI or comparable ERP system
• •Analytical mindset, ability to work independently, teamwork, and high commitment
• •Excellent communication skills, resilience, and assertiveness
• •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Aufgaben

• •Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• •Perform analyses and evaluations of financial data
• •Conduct account reconciliations
• •Ensure accurate representation of business transactions
• •Collaborate on global strategic accounting projects
• •Drive automation and digitalization initiatives
• •Improve accounting processes for better reporting quality
• •Act as the main contact for internal and external audits
• •Support compliance governance in Germany
• •Manage accounting-related projects focusing on centralization
• •Maintain communication with international Financial Accounting colleagues
