Anforderungen

- Strong understanding of accounting principles (Local GAAP; IFRS is a plus)
- Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Dynamics (preferred)
- Excellent Excel skills and strong data analysis abilities
- Previous hands-on experience with accounting operations
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Fluent in German and English
- Previous experience with fixed asset accounting
- Knowledge of treasury and cash flow (preferred)

- Maintain accurate ledgers
- Manage accounts payable processes
- Manage accounts receivable processes
- Perform regular bank reconciliations
- Support budgeting activities
- Support forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting laws
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Ensure compliance with internal policies
- Assist in internal audits
- Assist in external audits
- Coordinate with auditors
- Prepare financial reports
- Prepare financial analyses
- Maintain organized financial documentation
- Ensure confidentiality of financial documentation
- Support continuous improvement of accounting processes
- Support continuous improvement of accounting systems
