Aufgaben
- Oversee AP and expense processes with local management and production accountants
- Reconcile intercompany transactions
- Manage month-end closing activities
- Assist the head of financial accounting with balance sheet reviews
- Support US GAAP reporting compliance with tax and legal requirements
- Monitor and manage various accounts, including receivables and payables
- Administer credit and prepaid cards
- Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations
- Provide relevant information to internal stakeholders, including ITVP HQ, tax partners, and corporate finance
- Assist in local processes and controls to align with internal corporate policies
- Support the preparation of annual audits
- Coordinate internal reconciliations for business processes and optimizations
