In this role, you will collaborate with local management to oversee financial processes, ensure compliance with reporting standards, and support audits. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring accounts, managing reconciliations, and providing insights to stakeholders.

Anforderungen

• •Completed degree in financial management, commercial training with additional qualification, or comparable education
• •Relevant professional experience in a similar role, preferably in the media industry
• •Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, and ideally good knowledge of SAP or similar systems
• •Proactive and independent work style with focus on essential solutions
• •Empathy and teamwork skills with enjoyment in communication with diverse groups
• •Fluency in German and advanced English skills

Aufgaben

• •Oversee AP and expense processes with local management and production accountants
• •Reconcile intercompany transactions
• •Manage month-end closing activities
• •Assist the head of financial accounting with balance sheet reviews
• •Support US GAAP reporting compliance with tax and legal requirements
• •Monitor and manage various accounts, including receivables and payables
• •Administer credit and prepaid cards
• •Ensure timely and accurate bank reconciliations
• •Provide relevant information to internal stakeholders, including ITVP HQ, tax partners, and corporate finance
• •Assist in local processes and controls to align with internal corporate policies
• •Support the preparation of annual audits
• •Coordinate internal reconciliations for business processes and optimizations
