Anforderungen

  • Degree in Business Administration or commercial training with qualification
  • 4+ years financial accounting experience, general ledger focus, monthly/annual closing, AP support
  • Financial Accountant (IHK) or Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) certification or clear intention to obtain
  • Experience supporting/preparing financial statements under HGB and ideally IFRS
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, provisions, accruals, basic tax

Aufgaben

  • Manage operational and closing-related accounting activities
  • Support Accounts Payable as needed
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger and sub-ledger accounts
  • Analyze and ensure accuracy of ledger accounts
  • Handle provisions, accruals, and closing entries
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Perform balance sheet and P&L analyses
  • Prepare meaningful financial comments
  • Contribute to high-quality financial reporting
  • Drive continuous improvement of accounting processes
  • Enhance internal controls
  • Support automation initiatives
  • Participate in cross-functional process optimization
  • Contribute to SAP-related improvements
  • Collaborate with Treasury and Controlling
  • Support internal stakeholders on finance matters
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements
  • Contribute to group reporting activities
  • Act as a point of contact for auditors and tax advisors
  • Support financial reviews
