Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related field
- 2–6 years relevant professional experience, ideally international
- Strong financial reporting and group consolidation experience
- Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (required) and Lucanet (preferred) experience
- Solid knowledge of HGB, IFRS, and UK GAAP
- Fluent German and Chinese
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to operate effectively in cross-cultural environment and act as bridge between international teams
Aufgaben
- Prepare and deliver regular financial reports to headquarters
- Execute and support group consolidation process
- Improve and standardize reporting structures and processes
- Act as main point of contact for financial matters
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with HGB, IFRS, and UK GAAP
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of accounting records
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Support internal and external audits
- Prepare and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct variance analysis
- Support cash flow management and cross-border payments
- Coordinate with external tax advisors
- Ensure compliance with German tax regulations
- Adhere to internal control systems
- Contribute to continuous process improvements
- Support administrative and HR-related tasks
- Contribute to ad hoc finance projects
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives
