Aufgaben
- Manage full cycle of accounts payable and expense management
- Partner cross-functionally with departments, especially Supply Chain
- Optimize payment run and liquidity management processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing for German and US entities
- Act as point of contact for external auditors
- Contribute to monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Support annual budgeting cycle
- Act as finance business partner to certain departments
- Contribute to billing processes for hardware products and services
- Coordinate with commercial team for billing
- Drive AI-driven process optimizations
- Automate recurring tasks
- Maintain integrity of financial master data
