- Oversee annual budgeting and year-end reporting.
- Manage a finance team of five members.
- Establish KPIs and track team performance.
- Control working capital, including inventory.
- Oversee order-to-cash processes for efficiency.
- Participate in management decision-making.
- Promote financial discipline and compliance.
- Improve working capital through stock control.
- Implement updates to the authority matrix.
- Ensure functionality of the Office Automation system.
- Enhance accuracy and quality of financial reports.
- Lead financial evaluations in contract reviews.
