Anforderungen
- Proven finance/accounting role experience
- Recognized accounting designation (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, FCA, FCCA) or equivalent experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Ability to lead teams, implement change, drive process improvement
- Ability to delegate and coordinate tasks with offshore team
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience integrating acquisitions, implementing system transitions, or designing financial processes is an asset
- Experience with U.S. GAAP and Oracle NetSuite is a plus
Aufgaben
- Lead the Finance function for a portfolio of companies
- Support the team of internal and offshore finance resources
- Set up customer contracts and ensure correct oversight
- Supervise booking of expenses and accruals
- Manage treasury and banking needs
- Prepare timely and accurate GAAP financial statements
- Generate board reports, budgets, and KPIs
- Perform quality assurance on finance and accounting work
- Review GL postings for accuracy
- Monitor revenue recognition
- Refine variance explanations in reporting
- Analyze budget-to-actuals and revenue and expense trends
- Provide insights to facilitate decision-making
- Lead the operational and financial integration of acquisitions
- Implement financial initiatives identified during M&A
- Drive finance process improvement projects
- Promote best practices and efficiency
- Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Handle other ad-hoc tasks as needed
