- Gain exposure to general accounting, cost controlling, commercial finance, and FP&A
- Engage in cross-functional projects with finance, accounting, and sales teams
- Collaborate with European and US divisions
- Analyze data to support business initiatives
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Review profit and loss statements
- Contribute to strategic business initiatives
- Present learnings and recommendations to leaders
- Present to the CFO and leadership team
- Take ownership of tailored projects
- Drive process improvements
- Build a professional network within Nordson
- Build a network with global FLDP participants
