- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Provide financial guidance to the executive team and stakeholders
- Lead financial audits and collaborate with external auditors
- Represent the organization in country-specific matters
- Oversee risk management processes and maintain internal controls
- Handle year-end closing for all legal entities in Germany
- Support business development and assess investment opportunities
- Continuously improve collaboration and processes within the GBS organization
