Anforderungen

  • •Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar
  • •Substantial experience in controlling, FP&A, or commercial finance in an international environment
  • •Fluency in English and confidence with ERP systems (SAP knowledge advantageous)
  • •Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and IFRS reporting
  • •Analytical strength with business acumen and proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • •Clear communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders with financial insights
  • •Structured, hands-on work style with high ownership, accuracy, and compliance awareness
  • •Enjoyment of leading teams and collaborating in a cross-functional, matrix-driven organisation

  • •Shape and execute the financial strategy for the country/region
  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
  • •Manage financial performance and reporting
  • •Deliver accurate month-end closing and variance analysis
  • •Provide actionable financial insights for commercial decisions
  • •Drive profitability through pricing and margin analysis
  • •Evaluate business cases and strategic investment opportunities
  • •Ensure compliance with IFRS and tax regulations
  • •Oversee project accounting and revenue recognition
  • •Support digitalization and improvement of financial systems
  • •Lead and develop the Finance team, promoting accountability
