- Work experience in banking, finance, and/or advisory
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (CFA, CPA) are a plus
- Previous work experience in leading consulting, auditing, or professional services firm (Big 4 or similar) is an advantage
- Sound analytical and financial modeling skills
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and develop insights
- Proficiency in valuation techniques
- Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and practices
- Pro-activeness and intrapreneurship
- Ability to adapt to changing situations easily
- Empathetic team player with ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Pragmatic and result-oriented
- Independent work style
- Skilled in conflict management
- Fluency in English
- Additional language skills are an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in financial modeling
Aufgaben
- Leverage expertise in financial modeling and valuation
- Provide accurate valuations for mergers and acquisitions
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Act as central point of contact for financial matters
- Identify key opportunities and risks for long-term value creation
- Conduct materiality analyses and develop management recommendations
- Create financial models and value driver analyses
- Perform benchmarking to support strategic and impact analysis
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and business projections
- Model cash flows for valuations and impact analysis
- Analyze market, competition, and business trends
- Manage financial due diligence processes
- Gather and analyze data for due diligence
- Identify key risks and opportunities in transactions
- Manage impairment testing for the participation portfolio
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting standards
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Support seamless process, project, and deal execution
- Collaborate on national and international M&A projects
