Aufgaben

Contribute as a core member of the Senior Leadership Team
Oversee P&L and balance sheet reporting
Ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and insight
Provide strategic financial guidance
Influence key business decisions
Hold teams accountable for performance
Lead monthly closes, forecasts, and annual/long-range plans
Champion cost improvement and margin enhancement initiatives
Model investments for new initiatives
Support business cases for capital projects
Elevate financial acumen for finance and non-finance teams
Identify and act on continuous improvement opportunities
Partner with global teams (FP&A, BBS) to modernize and streamline financial processes
