- Conduct timely variance analysis
- Provide proactive business and financial analysis
- Identify important financial trends
- Perform detailed variance analysis for operations
- Recommend potential business improvements
- Promote active use of financial data
- Identify potential risks and opportunities
- Provide forward-looking insights on profitability
- Analyze competitive landscape and products
- Drive financial performance management
- Manage the strategic planning process
