In this role, you will engage in various financial processes, including SAP migration and preparing financial statements. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing accounts, collaborating with auditors and tax consultants, and analyzing financial performance.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, tax, or equivalent
• •At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• •Familiarity with HGB (German GAAP) and IFRS
• •High proficiency in spoken and written German (C1) and English (B2)
• •Mandarin is a plus
• •Prior experience in SAP or other ERP systems
• •Business-finance integration mindset and strong commercial acumen
• •Interpersonal and communication skills
• •Ability to manage pressure under work
• •Willingness to work onsite in Munich office

Aufgaben

• •Join SAP ERP configuration and go-live process
• •Participate in subsidiary Finance department 0-1 process and migration from Datev to SAP
• •Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• •Maintain accounts receivable and revenue recognition
• •Analyze and reconcile AR aging report
• •Prepare annual rebate calculation and project-based accounting
• •Maintain accounts payable and check expense claims
• •Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices
• •Conduct periodic expense breakdown and actual vs. budget analysis
• •Assist with annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
• •Collaborate with external tax consultants for tax filing preparation
• •Work with external auditors during annual auditing process
• •Monitor stock-taking and ensure company assets security
• •Perform financial ratio and performance analysis
• •Manage cash flow, including forecasting and variance analysis
