- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Familiarity with HGB (German GAAP) and IFRS
- High proficiency in spoken and written German (C1) and English (B2)
- Mandarin is a plus
- Prior experience in SAP or other ERP systems
- Business-finance integration mindset and strong commercial acumen
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage pressure under work
- Willingness to work onsite in Munich office
Aufgaben
- Join SAP ERP configuration and go-live process
- Participate in subsidiary Finance department 0-1 process and migration from Datev to SAP
- Assist with preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain accounts receivable and revenue recognition
- Analyze and reconcile AR aging report
- Prepare annual rebate calculation and project-based accounting
- Maintain accounts payable and check expense claims
- Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices
- Conduct periodic expense breakdown and actual vs. budget analysis
- Assist with annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
- Collaborate with external tax consultants for tax filing preparation
- Work with external auditors during annual auditing process
- Monitor stock-taking and ensure company assets security
- Perform financial ratio and performance analysis
- Manage cash flow, including forecasting and variance analysis
