Aufgaben
- Act as a trusted partner to leadership, providing financial insight and strategic support
- Guide commercial decision making with clear financial analysis
- Lead and contribute to core planning cycles, including 3-Year Plans, Annual Budgets, and monthly forecasts
- Ensure high-quality assumptions and consolidated inputs for planning cycles
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and regional teams for planning cycles
- Build strong relationships with FP&A, Financial Control, RTR leads, and Shared Services
- Drive consistent performance management and accurate reporting
- Ensure effective month-end closings
- Manage regional cost centers with robust variance analysis
- Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, SAF, and Capex forecasts
- Ensure compliance with Group policies for fixed asset and inventory accounting
- Use BI tools and financial data to highlight key drivers
- Provide actionable insights from financial data
- Prepare high-quality reporting materials, including monthly and quarterly presentations
- Oversee the regional capital request and approval process
- Support auditor queries by providing required schedules
- Ensure smooth execution of internal and external reporting requirements
- Support major project tender P&Ls
- Analyze ongoing project performance
- Manage financial integration and reporting of newly acquired businesses
- Provide ad-hoc commercial and operational analysis
