Aufgaben
- Advise the Managing Director on growth and margin expansion
- Manage and update budget, forecast, and monthly performance processes
- Enhance financial processes through simplification and automation
- Lead and develop the accounting, HR, and procurement team
- Oversee Month-End and Year-End Closings with accurate reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines
- Serve as the main contact for group and statutory audits
