- Experience with ERP implementation or migration projects

- Ability to summarize and present information concisely
- Attention to detail and high-quality work delivery
- Ability to learn quickly, meet deadlines, and multi-task
- Good understanding of manufacturing business processes
- Good understanding of financial controls and internal control environment
- Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Effective partnership with Operations, Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams
- Experience supporting post-acquisition integration activities
- Experience with finance process standardization
- Fluent in German C1
Aufgaben
- Support site Finance Manager in daily financial activities
- Drive site performance through timely analysis and business partnering
- Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams
- Provide financial insights and challenge assumptions
- Analyze transactional and operational data
- Identify anomalies in financial data
- Recommend accruals and reversals
- Ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting
- Contribute to budgeting processes
- Participate in post-acquisition integration activities
- Implement new systems and processes
- Adopt finance tools like SAP and Oracle
