- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or comparable field
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Sales Controlling, Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Analytics
- Solid understanding of sales KPIs, pricing mechanisms, margin structures, and commercial drivers
- Experience working closely with Sales or Commercial teams is a strong advantage
- Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO, strong skills in Power BI and Excel
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate numbers into clear business recommendations
- Proactive, communicative, and solution-oriented working style
- Very good command of German and English, written and spoken
Aufgaben
- Analyze sales performance by region, customer, and product line
- Support sales forecasting and budgeting with Sales Management
- Monitor and analyze pricing, discounts, rebates, and margin development
- Identify risks and opportunities in margin development
- Prepare monthly sales performance reports
- Include variance analyses in reports
- Deliver actionable commercial insights to Sales, Finance, and Management
- Support decision-making with commercial insights
- Develop and improve sales dashboards and KPIs in Power BI
- Support sales-related month-end closing activities
- Act as a finance business partner for Sales
- Support commercial initiatives and growth projects
- Participate in cross-functional projects with a commercial focus
