Anforderungen

• •MSc in quantitative discipline or comparable
• •Experience in finance or accounting departments
• •Understanding of financial processes and reporting
• •Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• •Advanced Excel skills; VBA is plus
• •Knowledge of SQL or basic programming
• •Experience with ERP systems like Netsuite
• •Experience in start-up or scale-up environment
• •Independence, ownership, and proactive problem-solving
• •Strong communication and collaborative mindset
• •Fluent English; German is a plus

Aufgaben

• •Coordinate the monthly payroll process
• •Ensure accuracy of payroll inputs
• •Liaise with external payroll providers
• •Manage the full accounts receivable cycle
• •Issue invoices and monitor payment timelines
• •Follow up on outstanding receivables
• •Maintain accurate aging reports
• •Support revenue reconciliation
• •Verify and process vendor invoices
• •Ensure proper cost allocation
• •Maintain organized financial documentation
• •Perform regular bank reconciliations
• •Monitor cash flow and track liquidity
• •Flag financial variances to management
• •Support month-end closing activities
• •Assist with quarterly financial reports
