Anforderungen
- Completed vocational training in electrotechnical, mechanical, or other technical field, or technical degree
- Experience in leading employees and strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps
- Comfortable working at heights and operating safely above ground level
- Driving licence, ideally class BE
- Very good German (B2) and good English skills
Aufgaben
- Guide and lead service technicians
- Ensure tasks are completed on schedule
- Analyse KPIs and PPIs
- Derive measures to improve processes
- Conduct regular quality and employee audits
- Ensure compliance with work instructions
- Monitor standard times and material usage
- Make operational decisions with Area Management
- Identify and address training needs
- Develop employee competencies
- Monitor working time accounts
- Coordinate with planners to balance hours
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
