Aufgaben
- Coordinate field service activities
- Schedule installations, maintenance, and replacements
- Act as primary contact for field technicians, customers, and internal teams
- Manage service requests and work orders
- Ensure timely completion of field operations
- Track and report service KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems
- Collaborate with logistics, sales, training, and customer success teams
- Coordinate third-party service partners and subcontractors
- Identify process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Escalate technical issues to engineering or product teams
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies
- Integrate AI usage in daily duties
