- Completed engineering degree (e.g., electrical, mechatronics) or technician training (electrical, mechanical)
- Solid technical knowledge in mechanics and electrical engineering with practical experience
- Affinity for IT applications and computer science
- Enjoy tackling challenges as part of a team
- Ability to work independently, self-organized and structured
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Ideally SAP knowledge
- Willingness to travel worldwide
- Openness to working with international customers in diverse cultural environments
- Valid Class B driver’s license

- Install new systems at customer sites
- Ensure optimal execution through thorough preparation
- Conduct professional inspections and maintenance
- Implement system upgrades skillfully
- Document AIXTRON technology
- Contribute ideas for continuous improvement
- Adhere to work instructions and documentation standards
- Participate in task-related training courses
- Expand expertise continuously
- Support current prototype development
