Aufgaben
- Perform on-site and remote service assignments including installation, commissioning, maintenance, expansions, upgrades, replacements, and backup & recovery
- Conduct technical analysis and troubleshooting
- Develop preventive recommendations to avoid future faults
- Plan, coordinate, and execute technical service projects
- Track project schedules and perform quality control
- Prepare required materials, spare parts, and tools for service operations
- Provide technical consulting on suitable service solutions
- Ensure compliance with ABB standards, safety, and environmental regulations
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Identify optimization potential and develop tailored solutions
- Participate in on-call duty
