- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German
- Working knowledge of ISO 7 and ISO8
- Practical knowledge of C&Q and validation process
- Previous experience with manufacturing brownfield projects
Aufgaben
- Provide consulting services to a Life Sciences client
- Support a multi-year construction project in Dusseldorf
- Collaborate with client’s project leaders to meet schedule and budget
- Manage construction site tasks to ensure schedule adherence
- Interact with contractors and subcontractors to meet client expectations
- Work with Sr. Project Manager on project tasks
- Manage scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, and budget
- Oversee work plan schedule and milestones
- Ensure quality control and risk identification
- Identify project site threats
- Develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
- Implement action plans to reduce project risks
- Apply standard principles and techniques to complex projects
- Provide innovative solutions
- Drive standard processes and continuous improvement
- Ensure safety protocol adherence
- Foster collaboration among vendors
- Act as primary interface between project leaders, contractors, and subcontractors
