- Expertise in NMR spectroscopy and hardware
- Experience with Hyperpolarization technologies (Preferred)
- Strong pedagogical and facilitator skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Troubleshooting skills and customer relationship management
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Valid driver’s license
Aufgaben
- Bridge the gap between engineering and science
- Ensure reliable Preclinical Polaris system operations
- Translate scientific needs into technical solutions
- Optimize workflows for hyperpolarized dose production
- Resolve complex mechanical and software issues
- Perform Tier 1 maintenance and repairs
- Support system demonstrations with product management
- Develop SOPs for NMR quality control
- Analyze system performance and validation activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Deliver user training and technical documentation
- Lead technical onboarding for staff and researchers
- Support Site Acceptance Testing during installations
- Provide field feedback to R&D and engineering
- Evaluate new hardware and software features
