In this multidisciplinary role, you will bridge the gap between science and engineering to ensure the reliable production of hyperpolarized doses while providing expert technical support.

Anforderungen

• •PhD, Master’s degree, or comparable qualification
• •Practical experience in NMR and polarizers
• •Expertise in NMR spectroscopy and hardware
• •Experience with Hyperpolarization technologies (Preferred)
• •Strong pedagogical and facilitator skills
• •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• •Troubleshooting skills and customer relationship management
• •Willingness to travel extensively
• •Valid driver’s license

Aufgaben

• •Bridge the gap between engineering and science
• •Ensure reliable Preclinical Polaris system operations
• •Translate scientific needs into technical solutions
• •Optimize workflows for hyperpolarized dose production
• •Resolve complex mechanical and software issues
• •Perform Tier 1 maintenance and repairs
• •Support system demonstrations with product management
• •Develop SOPs for NMR quality control
• •Analyze system performance and validation activities
• •Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• •Deliver user training and technical documentation
• •Lead technical onboarding for staff and researchers
• •Support Site Acceptance Testing during installations
• •Provide field feedback to R&D and engineering
• •Evaluate new hardware and software features
