Aufgaben
- Run daily and weekly maintenance routines
- Monitor system performance and address irregularities
- Perform resets and configuration checks as needed
- Escalate issues to tech support when necessary
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance
- Maintain operational readiness throughout shifts
- Conduct quality checks on meal outputs
- Prevent substandard meals from reaching customers
- Handle customer and partner inquiries clearly
- Approach inquiries with a solutions-first mindset
- Document issues and recurring patterns
- Report findings to Ops and Product teams
- Coordinate ingredient deliveries and stock levels
- Manage prep schedules to avoid operational gaps
