Anforderungen

- Completed studies in Biomedical Sciences or similar, preferably electrophysiology
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding and communication of complex technical/clinical details
- Professional working proficiency in Italian, German, and English
- Ability to rapidly adapt to dynamic marketplace
- Strong team player, collaborative, cross-functional relationship building
- Self-motivated and ability to influence others
- Flexible, adaptable, focused, and persistent
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively as required
Aufgaben
- Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance
- Train physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives
- Ensure effective and safe use of the Farapulse and Opal system
- Support case procedures within assigned geography
- Meet and exceed business goals
- Serve as primary resource for clinical support
- Provide basic troubleshooting
- Support system and software development
- Educate customers and employees on product merits and usage
- Give presentations and demonstrations
- Keep all abreast of product and technology developments
- Attend cases in hospital labs for support
- Support development of the Farapulse and Opal system
- Provide initial and continuous training to development teams
- Provide feedback to development teams and sales representatives
- Train on Farapulse and Opal development process, products, and features
- Train on procedures involving products and features
- Meet with existing and potential clients
- Travel to identify client clinical needs, goals, and constraints
- Discuss and demonstrate how company products meet client goals
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel
- Make new contacts in other hospital departments
- Identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales
- Respond to customer needs and complaints
- Develop creative and feasible solutions for customer issues
- Collaborate with other personnel to develop optimal solutions
