- Prior pre-sales, sales engineering, or customer-facing vendor experience preferred
- Practitioner credibility non-negotiable
- Strong communicator, flexing between strategy and technical depth
- Demonstrated ability to build training/enablement content
- Demonstrated ability to develop others
- Ability to travel up to 40%
Aufgaben
- Serve as the voice of OT security, resilience, and asset visibility in sales processes
- Partner with sales teams globally on strategic and enterprise deals
- Engage peer-to-peer with CISOs, VPs of OT/Plant Security, and operations leadership
- Discuss backup, disaster recovery, configuration management, and OT asset visibility
- Partner with Account Executives and Solution Engineers on strategic opportunities
- Handle technical credibility and objections in deals
- Address OT-specific risks like segmentation and air-gapped environments
- Discuss ICS attack surface and recovery time objectives in live production
- Address configuration drift and asset visibility gaps
- Speak credibly to OT/IT convergence and asset inventory underpinning risk management
- Build mutual close plans with sales teams
- Define technical/security exit criteria for late-stage deals
- Design and deliver training for Solution Engineers and Account Executives
- Build reusable assets like battlecards and discovery question frameworks
- Develop ROI/risk narratives and competitive positioning
- Act as a coach and technical mentor to the SE organization
- Represent AMDT's point of view at industry events and forums
- Feed field insights and customer objections back to Product and Marketing
- Stay current on OT/ICS threat landscape and regulatory developments
- Stay current on OT/IT convergence trends and competitive movements
