Aufgaben
- Serve as the primary technical contact for EMEA enterprise customers
- Lead deployments, integrations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Build strategic relationships with key European customers
- Deliver trainings and workshops on architecture and system integration
- Manage technical execution for Galaxy server deployments
- Design system architecture including memory, storage, and networking
- Perform complex system-level debugging from PoC through production
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve technical issues
- Support business growth and product quality improvements
- Translate customer feedback into engineering and roadmap priorities
- Mentor junior engineers as the EMEA organization scales
