- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- High analytical skills with strong commercial judgement
- Risk-aware mindset with attention to detail
- Degree in Business, Economics, Agriculture, Logistics, or related field (preferred)
- Fluent English
- Working proficiency German preferred
Aufgaben
- Originate, trade, and execute physical feed commodities
- Manage supplier and customer relationships
- Coordinate logistics for feed commodities
- Optimize trading margins and market risk awareness
- Trade feed commodities across markets
- Develop and manage a profitable trading book
- Identify new sourcing and sales opportunities
- Negotiate purchase and sales contracts
- Monitor market trends and price movements
- Manage price, counterparty, and execution risk
- Ensure compliance with trading policies
- Report on positions and P&L analysis
- Monitor trading exposure
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries
- Resolve execution issues
- Liaise with surveyors and freight providers
- Build long-term relationships with partners
- Represent the company professionally
- Work with finance on invoicing and payments
- Support back-office processes and documentation
- Contribute to improving trading processes
