Coordinating factory acceptance tests for connectivity and sensor solutions across EMEA. 2-5 years energy sector experience with testing or manufacturing background required. Performance bonus, health incentives, employee stock purchase program.
Anforderungen
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2–5 years experience in energy sector or related industries
- Experience in testing, quality, commissioning, or manufacturing
- Ability to read technical drawings and use test equipment
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High quality and safety mindset; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel within EMEA (10–30%)
- Fluent English and German; additional European languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Plan and manage FAT schedules
- Coordinate test scope, procedures, and resources
- Supervise FAT execution
- Lead customer FAT sessions
- Identify and manage deviations and non-conformities
- Issue and follow up on NCRs
- Prepare and maintain FAT reports, protocols, and acceptance documentation
- Communicate test results, issues, and progress
- Support root cause analysis
- Support continuous improvement of FAT and quality processes
