Aufgaben
- Define and develop global standards for buildings, infrastructure, and utility systems
- Ensure safety, compliance, and fire protection according to FM Global requirements, ISO standards, and local regulations
- Provide technical review and support for investment, conversion, and renovation projects
- Conduct building and asset audits, as well as lifecycle and condition assessments
- Support sites with infrastructure upgrades and major maintenance activities
- Analyze and optimize infrastructure and service costs, including energy, space, and services
